About

the art & science of healing

Hi & welcome! My name is Logan Brantley, LCSW (she/hers) I am a licensed psychotherapist providing telehealth in CA, DC, VA, MD, TX and IL. As a trauma and resiliency expert with 8+ years of specialized expertise, I am committed to helping you to stop the shame spirals and build a healthier, more curious and loving relationship with your Self. I specialize in working with people grappling with experiences of trauma, anxiety/panic and low self-worth. As your therapist, my goal is to empower you to locate & honor yourself in the dance between your Self and your empathy for others. Educated by extensive holistic training, I provide a space that honors both the science of our brain-body connection, as well as the artful pacing of lasting healing. This space slows your system to slow down enough to metabolize all that has been overwhelming and reclaim an emotionally vibrant but manageable life. Whether we're working together to cultivate self-confidence, or helping you create your life after trauma, I look forward to walking alongside you. Offerings: - Virtual therapy for teens and adults - Support groups for clinicians - Clinical supervision Experience: I have experience as a graduate-level instructor, socioemotional consulting and program development as well as a depth of work in one-to-one sexual assault recovery. I am passionate about the lasting positive effects of expressive arts approach and am currently working on an Expressive Arts PhD degree from The European Graduate School, this influences the level of guided imagery, curiosity and creative problem solving that I bring to my work with you. I have special experience working to empower folks experiencing systems of oppression such as poverty, institutionalized racism, and intergenerational trauma. I have worked in Child Advocacy Centers, schools, non-profits, group and private practices. I have specialized training in trauma-informed care, perinatal mood disorders, mind-body therapy techniques, intersectionality and early-childhood education. - LCSW credential refers to Licensed Clinical Social Worker and indicates a licensed mental health professional who has earned a Master's degree and is able to practice as an independent Psychotherapist in California.
